Remove excess moisture from the zucchini mixture and mix this base with the other vegetables.
Add two raw eggs and 120 grams of flour to the resulting mixture.
After mixing again, you will get a dough from which you will get delicious potato pancakes.
Combine 250 grams of grated carrots with one raw egg.
Add 50 grams of flour to the carrot-egg mixture. Salt, pepper and mix the mixture, add a little lemon juice.
