Boiled tongue

Instead of sausage, include beef or pork tongue in the dish, which must be boiled beforehand. Tongue is much tastier than the best sausage and, in addition, is a completely natural product.

Smoked chicken

Boiled chicken in Olivier can be successfully replaced with smoked chicken. As a result, the salad will acquire an unusual but pleasant flavor, and the dish will sparkle with new flavor notes.
