When the pan is well heated, add half of the chopped red onion into it.
After 60 seconds, throw the cubes made from two slices of bread into the pan.
When a golden crust appears on the surface of the pieces of bread, you need to use the following additive: chopped tomato.
After a couple of minutes, break three chicken eggs into the frying pan with the "loaf-vegetable" mixture. Don't forget to add some salt and ground pepper.
The resulting mass should be lightly stirred and left on low heat.
While the omelette is cooking, grate 30 grams of cheese. Sprinkle it over the dish being prepared.
