Cheese Porridge Recipe

Take a saucepan with a thick bottom and put 300 grams of sour cream into it.

The fatter this fermented milk product is, the better.

Place the cookware on the stove and turn on the burner.

While the sour cream is being heat treated, prepare the main ingredient - Ossetian cheese. This product needs to be mashed.

The cheese component should be added to the pan immediately after the sour cream begins to boil.

Salt the resulting mixture and add 150 grams of corn flour.

Stir the cheese porridge continuously with a spoon.

A sign that the dish is ready is that it becomes viscous and has a beautiful creamy color.

You will get an unusual and very appetizing dish that will please even the most capricious gourmet.
