Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to prepare a healthy and filling casserole for breakfast.

You will need:

  • cottage cheese 500 g;
  • milk 150 ml;
  • eggs 2 pcs;
  • semolina 3 tbsp;
  • sugar 3 tbsp;
  • vanilla sugar 1 tsp;
  • butter.

How to cook

1. Heat the milk to 35-40 degrees and, stirring, add semolina. Leave for 5-10 minutes.

2. At this time, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with regular and vanilla sugar. It is better to use a mixer.

3. Mix the beaten eggs with the cottage cheese, stir and pour in the milk and semolina.

4. Mix the ingredients, grease the baking pan with oil and transfer the finished dough into it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the casserole for 30-40 minutes.

Once it cools down, transfer to a plate and serve with sour cream or tea. Enjoy your meal!
