How to make a delicious salad from a can of sprats: cooking and eating is a pleasure

As a rule, sprats are used in making sandwiches.

But, according to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, this product can also become the basis for a mind-blowingly delicious salad.

In addition to one can of sprats in oil (by the way, you can use any other canned fish), you will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 1-2 fresh cucumbers,
  • 0.5 cans of corn,
  • Fresh herbs,
  • Mayonnaise for dressing,
  • Salt (to taste).

The eggs need to be hard-boiled, wait until they cool and cut into small cubes.

The same cutting option should be used for cucumbers. It is even easier with corn - just drain the liquid from the jar.

The oil from the sprats is also drained, after which the fish is carefully mashed with a fork. Do not overdo it - we do not need a "mush" state.

Now place all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise, add salt and mix.
