Not all gourmets are satisfied with the taste of store-bought dumplings.
But often you have to eat exactly this dish.
After all, you don’t want to make the dough and mold the meat “ears” yourself.
Is it possible to cook store-bought dumplings so that they taste like homemade dumplings?
According to the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, cook, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova, this is quite realistic.
You will only need some additional ingredients: soy sauce and… granulated sugar.
First, fry the dumplings without any additives.
Place the frozen semi-finished product in a preheated frying pan, into which vegetable oil has been poured in advance.
Heat the dumplings until a golden brown crust appears on their surface.
Transfer the partially cooked dish to a plate and completely drain the pan of oil: you won’t need this viscous liquid anymore.
Next, prepare the secret ingredient that makes store-bought dumplings as delicious as possible.
Just add a little sugar to the soy sauce.
Return the dumplings to the pan, pour the resulting liquid over them. Simmer the dish until done.
Thanks to this unusual additive, store-bought dumplings will acquire a bright taste and a crispy caramel crust.
