Cutlets are very popular, perhaps because of their pleasant taste, or perhaps because they go well with any side dish.

But sometimes there are some difficulties with preparing this dish.

One of these problems, according to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, is that raw cutlets stick tightly to the frying pan.

The solution may be to use breading, but the crispy coating of cutlets is not to everyone's taste.

For this reason, you can use another trick that was actively used decades ago.

When frying cutlets, you need to use special parchment with a silicone coating.

Line the bottom of the pan with paper so that the edges extend slightly beyond the pan.

After this, heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and you can start frying.

Thanks to the silicone coating, the cutlets will not stick to the surface of the frying pan, even if they are not breaded. In addition, as a result of using this life hack, you will not have to spend hours cleaning the frying pan from fat - you will just need to remove the parchment and throw it in the trash can.
