Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook and what is needed.
1. Rub the fish fillet with a mixture of spices and salt, then leave it to soak for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cut the onion into large cubes, grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater, and pass the garlic through a press.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent, then add the carrots, and after another 5 minutes, the garlic.
4. Add flour to the finished frying and fry the mixture until the flour turns golden.
5. Mix sour cream with water.
6. Transfer the fish to the frying pan and pour over the sour cream sauce.
Cover the pan with a lid, bring the contents to a boil over high heat, add herbs, spices to taste and simmer the fish under the lid for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
