Fried fish is a tasty and nutritious dish that is also quick to prepare.
This is probably why this dish is quite often present in our diet.
But if you decide to cook this dish for future use, it is better to abandon this idea. Well, or, at least, get acquainted with the rules for storing fried fish.
Before putting the finished fish in the refrigerator, it must be packaged properly.
It is best to use hermetically sealed vacuum bags for this purpose.
If you don't have vacuum bags on hand, you can use plastic containers with tight-fitting lids.
Such packaging, firstly, protects the dish from microbes, and secondly, prevents other products from coming into contact with the specific fish smell. But a plate of fried fish covered with cling film or a bag has no place in the refrigerator.
Of course, you should also take the storage conditions for fried fish very seriously.
Many people mistakenly believe that fried fish can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
In fact, at a temperature of +2 to +6 degrees the dish will remain fresh for only a day.
If you leave the fish at room temperature rather than in the refrigerator, it should be consumed within three hours.
This is why it is not recommended to cook fish for several days: it is better to prepare portions that can be eaten within one day, so that the taste and quality of the dish does not suffer.
