Lavash is a product that is extremely popular among customers.

And there is nothing surprising about this.

After all, you can prepare a huge number of delicious dishes using thin flatbreads.

For example, tubes that are both crunchy and tender.

The recipe for a simple, quick and tasty dish was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.

Recipe for delicious lavash tubes

First, boil three eggs hard. Then remove the shells and grate them.

Next, grate 180 grams of hard cheese and mix the resulting mass with chopped eggs.

Salt and pepper the mixture, add some herbs and season with 150 grams of sour cream.

Mix the contents of the container thoroughly. This will result in the filling. Wrap it in thin flat cakes.

There is no need to use large lavash “sheets”: divide them into rectangles with sides of 13-17 centimeters.

Roll the filling to form “tubes”.

Place the resulting pieces in a greased and heated frying pan.

Fry each tube on both sides until golden. As a result, a gorgeous dish will be ready. Enjoy your meal!
