True, in order not to cut yourself, you will have to be careful and not rush anywhere. This means that the operation will take many precious minutes, and the resulting pieces will still be quite large.
In such a situation, a grater comes to the rescue - or rather, the side with the smallest holes.
Before this, you should put a plastic bag on the grater and secure it properly.
Why do this? This life hack has two serious advantages: firstly, after chopping garlic this way, there will be no compressed residue left, as when using a press, and secondly, you don’t have to wash the grater, you just need to throw the bag in the trash.
