One of the standard ingredients of this salad is raw onion.

But it is worth trying to break the rule and pre-process the vegetable.

In other words, fry the chopped onion in a pan.

Do this until the vegetable mixture turns golden.

This onion additive will turn the vinaigrette into a real culinary masterpiece: a light crunch and a sweet taste note will pleasantly surprise you.

Important point: using fried onions as an ingredient for vinaigrette saves the cook from having to season the dish with vegetable oil. Moreover, using such a dressing will be a mistake: the dish will turn out too fatty.
