Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to prepare a tasty and healthy tomato soup.
1. Cut the clean tomatoes into slices, place in a baking dish, and pour vegetable oil on top.
2. Pass the garlic through a press, sprinkle it over the tomatoes, add salt and pepper to taste and put the vegetables in the oven for 30 minutes, preheated to 190 degrees Celsius.
3. At this time, peel the onion, chop it finely and lightly fry it in vegetable oil directly in the pan.
4. When ready, take out the tomatoes and add them to the pan with the onions and pour in the chicken broth (the less, the thicker the soup), bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
