How to Stew Vegetables: A Delicious and Healthy Recipe

Not everyone can do this.

This happens because not every housewife knows how to cook vegetables deliciously. That's why the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" in the field of cooking, chef Yulia Arkhipova, decided to share a proven recipe.

How to stew vegetables deliciously?

List of ingredients

- 2 eggplants;
- two carrots and onions;
- one large bell pepper;
- three medium-sized tomatoes;
- four cloves of garlic;
- spices;
- salt, herbs and vegetable oil.

Cooking process

All vegetables need to be prepared - washed, peeled and cut. Then heat the frying pan and pour in the required amount of oil.

Next, fry the onions and carrots.

Then add the eggplants. The vegetables are mixed and cooked.

After about five minutes, add tomatoes and pepper. Stir again, reduce heat. Then cook under the lid for 20 minutes.

Add chopped garlic and wait another five minutes. All that remains is to add salt, spices and herbs, simmer for a few minutes and turn off.
