For half a kilo of meat you can take up to three medium-sized tubers.
These cutlets will turn out somewhat unexpected, but their taste will certainly please you. You can add up to a glass of cereal. First, you need to wash the rice and cook it according to all the rules.
Afterwards, when cooled, it is added to the cutlet mince.
These cutlets will be very filling, appetizing and fluffy. For half a kilo of the main product, you should take 200 grams of flakes.
However, they need to be prepared first: put the flakes in a container with hot water for about ten minutes. After that, the component can be mixed with the minced meat.
