The pie has a truly autumnal taste and aroma – apples with cinnamon.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to bake an apple pie in a hurry.
1. Peel and core the apples, cut them into thin slices and mix with cinnamon.
2. Mix eggs with salt, add sugar, vanilla and beat, then add milk and vegetable oil.
3. Mix and sift the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a homogeneous dough.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it and add the apples.
5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-35 minutes.
When the pie has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
