Soup is an essential part of a healthy human diet, especially in autumn, when the body requires more hot liquid food.
The only problem is that preparing soups usually takes a lot of time: you have to spend time frying and boiling the broth.
However, the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, shared a simple recipe for vegetable soup that does not require preliminary processing of the products.
It is enough to chop the ingredients and put them in a saucepan in a certain order, because the cooking time for each product is different.
So, first, stock up on the necessary ingredients: zucchini, broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, celery and parsley.
Cut the carrots and zucchini into small circles, the celery into half-moon shapes, the bell pepper into medium cubes, and divide the broccoli into florets.
First, throw the zucchini and carrots into a saucepan filled with water. Cook them until half-ready. After 10 minutes, add the celery and pepper, and after another 7 minutes, add the broccoli.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes, remove the soup from the heat.
The delicious vegetable dish is ready – serve it, using parsley leaves as decoration.
