How to make delicious syrniki

You will need: half a kilo of cottage cheese (5%), one egg, two to three tablespoons of flour or semolina, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.

You can add a little vanilla sugar. Mix the ingredients until smooth.

If you use semolina, the dough should stand for 10-15 minutes so that it has time to swell.
