Oddly enough, you can bake delicious cookies without flour, and not just any kind, but coconut flour.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to bake coconut cookies without flour.
1. Separate the whites from the yolks and add a pinch of salt to the whites, then beat everything thoroughly.
2. Without stopping, add sugar and continue beating until fluffy foam forms.
3. Add coconut flakes to the protein foam, stir and spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
When ready, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
