1. Peel and slice the potatoes and zucchini, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and press the garlic.
2. Mix cream, garlic, spices and some of the grated cheese.
3. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the vegetables in it and pour in the creamy dressing.
