Making fluffy rice is easy, you just have to stop following outdated recommendations.
One of these recommendations is to maintain a 1:2 ratio.
First, take long-grain or parboiled rice, it turns out more crumbly.
Rinse the rice thoroughly in a colander and leave for five minutes to allow the water to drain completely.
For one glass of rice we take three glasses of water, so the rice will not stick together.
After the water boils, add salt and reduce the heat. Do not cover with a lid, stir occasionally.
Cook for about 15 minutes until al dente, drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
