The whole process of boiling milk does not take much time, so it is better not to leave the stove. If you stir the product constantly, it will not be able to "run away".
Experienced cooks have known about this tried and tested trick for a long time: you just need to put certain objects in the pan that will prevent the milk from “escaping”.
For example, you can take a clean small plate (saucer), placing the object "face" down. You can also take a new lid for canning: the sides of the lid are placed on the bottom of the pan.
