Many people like lightly salted red fish. It's very tasty, what can I say.
The procedure can be carried out according to one interesting recipe, which, as those in the know say, has been tested over the years and has never failed.
The expert of the online publication BelNovosti in the field of cooking, chef Yulia Arkhipova, who tested it, says: at the end you will get very tender and very tasty fish.
By the way, using this recipe you can salt absolutely any red fish, for example, salmon or trout, or the more affordable chum salmon.
So, let's arm ourselves with salt, sugar, allspice peas and lemon juice.
Cut the fish into layers, remove the spine. Mix salt with sugar, and sprinkle this mixture over the fish placed in the container (for example, in two layers).
Add allspice peas, sprinkle with lemon juice. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning we take it out and see something resembling a marinade. We move the fish from the lower layers to the top so that it too is soaked in the marinade.
Leave it in the refrigerator until the evening, when you can drain all the marinade and eat the salted fish.
As for the amount of products, for 1 kilo of fresh fish you need 3 tablespoons of salt (if you want lightly salted fish - 2 tablespoons) and the same amount of sugar.
You will also need 5 allspice peas and a quarter of a lemon.
