- about 400 grams of oranges;
- a couple of pears;
- 2 peaches;
- half a kilo of melon;
- 3 kiwis;
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or liquid honey);
- a glass of natural yogurt.
Remember that the final quality of the salad directly depends on the products you use. The sweeter and juicier the fruit, the better for the salad.
Peel the melon and cut it. Cut the peaches into slices. Remove the skin and seeds from the pear and cut it into cubes.
We do the same with kiwi.
Oranges need not only to be peeled, but also to be cut. Place the ingredients in a bowl, add maple syrup and yogurt.
