What to make from yesterday's pancakes
You can make incredibly delicious egg envelopes from them.
Take a pancake, place one cheese slice and one slice of ham on its central part.
Make an envelope out of the flatbread. And put it on a heated frying pan. Of course, you need to pour vegetable oil into the pan beforehand.
Beat one egg into the resulting pancake “structure”, add salt and pepper, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and wait until the white and yolk have acquired the consistency you need.
