Recipe for quick pies with cervelat

Pour 300 milliliters of kefir into a bowl. The fermented milk drink should not be cold.

Add one raw egg and some granulated sugar (1 tsp). Mix the contents of the container.

Add 200 grams of sifted flour to the resulting egg-kefir mixture. Mix the ingredients again.

The result will be a rather thick dough. You need to add half a teaspoon of soda to it - for the fluffiness of the future pies.

Add 200 grams of diced cervelat and a little chopped dill to the prepared base.

The dough will come out, from which you will get the most delicious pies. Fry them in a frying pan, as if you were making pancakes: 90-120 seconds on each side. Be sure to use a lid.

The result will be incredibly fluffy, tender and delicious pies.
