Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook squash dumplings.
1. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, peel, chop and fry the onion, then add to the mince. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Grate the zucchini, drain excess juice if necessary, add egg, salt and pepper, flour (or starch).
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and start frying the dumplings as you would with regular potatoes.
