How to cook the most tender kolduny: from zucchini with minced chicken

Kolduny are traditionally prepared from potatoes with minced pork, beef, or mixed meat.

In summer, you can prepare a lighter version of kolduny - with zucchini and minced poultry.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook squash dumplings.

You will need:

  • zucchini 4 pcs;
  • chicken breast 2 pcs;
  • onion 1 pc;
  • eggs 1 pc;
  • flour (starch) 3-4 tbsp;
  • salt, pepper to taste,
  • vegetable oil.

How to cook

1. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, peel, chop and fry the onion, then add to the mince. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Grate the zucchini, drain excess juice if necessary, add egg, salt and pepper, flour (or starch).

3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and start frying the dumplings as you would with regular potatoes.

Serve with sour cream, enjoy!
