An interesting recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova .

How to Make Potato Pizza

Take five potatoes, peel them and grate them using a grater. Use the side of the device that has large teardrop-shaped holes.

Salt the resulting potato mass and add two raw eggs to it.

Mix the contents of the container thoroughly. Spread the resulting mixture evenly over the bottom of a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.

Cover the pan with a lid, place it on the burner, turn on the minimum heat and wait 10 minutes.

Then turn the resulting potato base over and cover it with the filling. You can use your favorite ingredients. Usually we are talking about ketchup, sausage, tomatoes and grated cheese.

Put the lid back on the pan and wait another quarter of an hour. During this time, the dish should be cooked at minimum heat.

The result is an unusual and very appetizing pizza. A gourmet is unlikely to be disappointed with this dish.
