Chef Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, spoke about how to do this and what is needed for this.
According to her, the products are taken in a form measuring 26 by 22 centimeters.
In particular, you need 9% fat cottage cheese (700–750 grams), 20% fat sour cream (100 grams), sugar (100 grams), and a packet of vanilla sugar.
You will also need cornstarch (30 grams), three eggs, two apples and powdered sugar.
We prepare it like this: in a container, mix the cottage cheese, add sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and starch.
We beat all this goodness until we get a homogeneous mass, for which we will use a blender.
Place the curd mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and add the sliced apples on top.
Then place in the oven for 1 hour. The temperature should be 180 degrees.
Finishing stage: wait until the casserole cools and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
