However, the culinary expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, reveals another way to preserve greens for a long time.
The first thing to do is to buy the right greens. They should initially look fresh. The greens should still have thick stems.
Afterwards, we proceed to thoroughly wash the aromatic herbs.
Then we cover the table with paper towels and lay out the greens in one layer.
Once the herbs are dry, they should be placed in glass jars for storage. Plastic containers will also work.
