Of course, the first things that come to mind are okroshka and beetroot soup. However, for these soups you still need to boil vegetables and eggs.

It turns out, yes. There is a soup that does not contain a single cooked ingredient.

The recipe for this dish was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova .

Recipe for a delicious summer soup

You need to chop the following vegetables:

  • cucumber (3 pieces);
  • radish (6 pieces);
  • green onions (1 bunch).

It also makes sense to chop some dill.

All these ingredients need to be put into a deep container and filled with 400 milliliters of kefir. However, the thickness of the soup can be adjusted by adding more or less of the fermented milk drink.

The finished soup needs to be salted and peppered. Even a seasoned gourmet will like the dish, because it is tasty and quite refreshing.

If your meal lacks calories, but you still don’t want to stand at the stove, you can use additional ingredients such as cooked sausage and crab sticks.
