The expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova told about the additive, thanks to which scrambled eggs turn out to be more appetizing than pizza.

What is the secret ingredient?

We are talking about semolina. Thanks to it, the scrambled eggs become airy and more filling.

In addition, the dish turns into a base for a quick pizza. Just put your favorite filling on the resulting "circle".

Recipe for unusual scrambled eggs

For two raw eggs there should be 50 grams of semolina.

The resulting mass must be salted, peppered and beaten well with a whisk.

You will get a mixture that needs to be poured into a heated frying pan.

And then you need to put the filling. Most often, pieces of sausage, tomato "circles" and grated cheese are used. But you can put something else.

"Pizza-scrambled eggs" should be cooked on minimum heat under a closed lid. Cooking time is three minutes.

The result will be a very appetizing and filling breakfast.
