First, you need to mix sour cream and mayonnaise. The ratio of delicate components by volume should be approximately equal.
Add grated egg yolk and a little mustard to the resulting mixture.
For 100 grams of sour cream and mayonnaise mixture there should be two yolks and 1 teaspoon of mustard component. Mix the mass thoroughly.
There is an important point. So, the prepared dressing, oddly enough, should be added first: before the vegetables and meat, and especially before the kvass or kefir.
The sauce mixture should be placed on the bottom of the dish in which you plan to cook okroshka.
And only after this can you pour chopped vegetables and sausage into the same container, and then pour in the liquid.
