And it consists of using the freezer.
All you need to do is first freeze the cabbage and then defrost it.
As a result, the cabbage leaves become softer and are much easier to separate from the head.
Of course, you can also use the standard method - using boiling water, but even that can be improved a little.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then place the cabbage head inside, cover the pot with a lid and “forget” about it overnight.
In the morning, you can easily separate the head of cabbage into leaves suitable for making cabbage rolls.
