How to make a salad with wild garlic and cucumbers

List of necessary products

- a bunch of fresh wild garlic;
- a couple of medium-sized cucumbers;
- three boiled eggs;
- a few green onion feathers;
- a few spoons of canned peas;
- dill and parsley if desired;
- salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Cooking process

Pre-boil the eggs and bring them to room temperature. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, dry it, remove the stems and chop the leaves.

You can immediately put it in a serving bowl. Do the same with green onions and other greens.

Cut the eggs into pea-sized cubes. Place them in a container along with the peas. Wash the cucumbers and chop them finely.

Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix and serve.
