- about half a kilo of cabbage;
- a couple of spoons of granulated garlic;
- 1-2 tablespoons of paprika;
- three tablespoons of refined vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper to your taste.
It is worth removing a couple of the top leaves from the cabbage head. If you want the dish to be softer in the end, try to boil it first.
Afterwards, you need to divide the head into two parts. Do not remove the stalk: it will act as a "fastener".
After that, we cut off a part of the cabbage from each half to make our pieces thinner. Then we divide them into two equal parts.
We treat each side of the cabbage with oil, salt and spices.
Then we cook the cabbage for half an hour at 200 degrees in the oven.
