- a large spoon of apple cider vinegar;
- about 30 grams of any fresh herbs;
- 100 ml of any unrefined vegetable oil;
- a pinch of sugar, cumin and pepper;
- salt.

Method of preparation

This sauce can be a great salad dressing or help to emphasize the taste of vegetable, fish, meat, poultry dishes. It can also be served with any side dish.

First, you need to mix spices, sugar, the required amount of salt and apple cider vinegar with vegetable oil in a container. The consistency should be as uniform as possible.
