You need to take 300 grams of long-grain rice, rinse it and start heating it in a frying pan.
While the cereal is frying, you need to chop two onions.
The resulting small cubes need to be sent to the frying pan. This should be done immediately after the rice becomes more transparent and has absorbed enough oil.
After 2 minutes, add the gruel made from three finely chopped cloves of garlic to the resulting mixture.
After half a minute, add a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce to the pan, as well as your favorite spices (ground pepper, paprika, turmeric, etc.).
The mixture should be lightly salted. It makes sense to add a little granulated sugar (to remove the "sourness" from the tomatoes).
Next, the future dish should be filled with broth or water brought to a boil. The ratio of cereal to liquid by volume should be as follows: 1 to 1.5.
The frying pan should be covered with a lid. The fire should be reduced to a minimum. Sometimes the contents of the frying pan will need to be stirred. The dish will be ready immediately after the water has completely evaporated.
The result will be an incredibly tasty dish: it will be crumbly, juicy and have a very interesting aroma.
