An expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, and fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova spoke about an unusual version of the popular dish.

Egg and Potato Cutlets Recipe

You need to boil hard-boiled eggs (4 pieces). Then you need to separate them into white and yellow parts.

The whites need to be cut with a knife. You should get small cubes.

And the yolk must be crushed using a grater. The resulting mass must be mixed with grated butter (1 teaspoon).

Next, you need to take half a loaf, cut it into slices, put it in a deep container and fill it with milk or plain water.

Mix the egg white, yolk with butter and soaked loaf. Add one raw egg, 5 tablespoons of unsalted mashed potatoes, herbs and spices to this mixture.

The resulting "mince" must be mixed again and put into the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Or better yet, for a whole hour.

The result will be a mass from which cutlets can be easily molded. The blanks should be rolled in breadcrumbs and fried.

You will get an unusual and at the same time incredibly appetizing dish that will pleasantly surprise your household and guests.
