The dish is not the leanest and not exactly dietary.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make cheesecakes with carrots.
1. Peel the carrots, grate them and fry them in vegetable or butter oil.
2. Then add water, simmer and after 3 minutes add semolina. Stir and after 2 minutes remove the pan from the heat.
3. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add eggs, sugar and salt, stewed carrots with semolina and mix.
4. When ready, add flour, knead the dough, form the cheesecakes, bread them in flour and fry them on both sides in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Enjoy!
