- the mashed potatoes themselves;
- a couple of spoons of flour;
- grated hard cheese (about one hundred grams);
- a few sprigs of greenery;
- spices and salt.
Choose a capacious bowl, put the remaining puree into it. First, add the chicken egg and mix until smooth.
Add salt, spices and chopped herbs.
Then add flour and bring to a homogeneous state. Heat a frying pan with oil. Form not too "plump" cutlets from the mass and begin frying.
