You will need the following ingredients: 300 grams of sour cream, 150 grams of yogurt, two tablespoons of lemon juice, herbs, garlic and salt.
Sour cream should be fatty (the higher the fat content, the better), and yogurt should not contain any additives.
Mix sour cream with yogurt and lemon juice, place the resulting mixture in cheesecloth and leave to drain in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, take out the cheese, add salt, herbs and garlic and transfer to a suitable container. The cheese should be stored in the refrigerator.
