Many people want to "get away" from the usual colors and try something new.
For example, you can color a product in a spectacular blue shade using ordinary cabbage, notes Yulia Arkhipova, a culinary expert for the online publication BelNovosti.
- half a kilo of cabbage (red cabbage);
- boiled chicken eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar;
- half a liter of water;
- literally a small pinch of salt.
It is necessary to chop the specified amount of cabbage into strips and put it in a saucepan with half a liter of water. It is worth waiting for it to boil.
After this, wait for half an hour. You can add some salt to the water.
Then turn off the heat and pour the liquid into a separate container. Add the specified amount of vinegar. After that, you can send the chicken eggs for coloring.
As a rule, it is worth keeping the eggs for at least one hour.
