First, you need to prepare all the necessary products.
For 4 servings, 800 g of potatoes, half a lemon, 80 ml of olive oil and a little salt will be enough. The amount of the latter product should be chosen based on your own taste preferences.
Once the peeled potatoes have been cooked in salted water, drain the liquid but leave about 50 ml of the broth.
Next, you should grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the citrus juice.
All this also needs to be added to the potatoes.
At the end, all that remains is to pour in the oil and mash the mixture with a masher.
