The recipe was shared by Yulia Arkhipova, an expert from the online publication BelNovosti.
To prepare six servings, you need to prepare 450 ml of milk, 8 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, and you also need to take 5 eggs and 2 tablespoons of butter.
All these components should be mixed until smooth.
You can add a pinch of salt and a little sugar if desired.
They need to be baked in a well-heated frying pan with oil.
For the filling, 300 g of cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons of condensed milk are enough.
If you want to get a more homogeneous mass, you can beat the ingredients a little with a blender.
Then you need to put the filling on the pancakes and roll them into tubes. The dish can be decorated with fresh berries or fruits.
