But don’t despair, because there is a simple trick that will help you achieve perfect fried potatoes – golden brown, tasty and very appetizing.

And ordinary flour will help with this.

To use this trick, you first need to peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks or circles, depending on your preference. It is important that all the pieces are approximately the same size.

Then you need to dry the potatoes thoroughly with paper towels to get rid of excess moisture. If you don't do this, nothing will work.

After this, the potatoes prepared for frying should be placed in a large bowl and sprinkled with spices and wheat flour. Don't forget that it's too early to add salt! Stir the potatoes so that each piece is covered with a thin layer of flour and seasonings.

Now heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and only then add the potatoes. Do not cover the pan with a lid and do not stir the potatoes too often.

About 2-3 minutes before the end of frying, add salt to the potatoes and stir them one last time.
