The recipe for the once popular salad was recalled by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova .

How to make Jewish salad

First, you need to boil three eggs hard and remove their shells. Then you need to grind them. But not with a knife, but with a grater.

The resulting mass should be placed in a deep plate.

You also need to put the garlic mass there. To create it, you need to crush three cloves of garlic using a press.

Another important component is processed cheese. Grate two pieces and put the resulting "shavings" on a plate.

The salad should be dressed with a small amount of mayonnaise. If desired, the dish can be salted and peppered.

Earlier, gourmets were told three additives that make borscht tastier.
