If you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking, but still want to surprise your guests with great appetizers, then you should pay attention to these three simple treats that will definitely decorate any holiday table.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", shared simple recipes.
To prepare 4-6 servings, you need to take one baguette, 200 g of brie cheese, a pear, a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil (1 tablespoon is enough), and it is also advisable to take 4 tablespoons of honey and about 50 grams of walnuts.
The baguette needs to be cut into pieces. The pear and cheese also need to be divided into thin slices. The nuts should first be peeled, fried in a dry frying pan and chopped.
Place the baguette on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and top with cheese and pear.
The sandwiches need to be baked for about 10 minutes. Before serving, they need to be drizzled with a mixture of vinegar, honey and nuts.
For 8 tartlets you need to prepare one chicken fillet, carrots, 80 g of cheese, a little mayonnaise, and ground black pepper.
The fillet should first be boiled and then chopped into small pieces.
After this, the ingredient must be mixed with grated cheese and carrots. Then you need to add mayonnaise and pepper. As soon as the mass is thoroughly mixed, it can be put into tartlets.
It wouldn't hurt to garnish the appetizer with parsley.
For 10 tomatoes you need to prepare some greens, 2 tablespoons of bulgur and about 100 g of feta cheese.
Carefully remove the pulp from the vegetables and then mix it with herbs, boiled bulgur and grated cheese.
With such a simple filling you only need to fill the tomatoes.
