- 200 grams of berries;
- about 200 ml of wine (it is better to take red semi-sweet);
- a small spoon of butter and starch;
- a large spoon of sugar;
- a couple of spoons of water.
First, you need to put a container with wine on the stove. The drink needs to be heated, but do not allow it to boil. Meanwhile, stir the starch with water until smooth.
Then carefully add the wine. Again, make sure that the sauce base does not boil.
Add berries with sugar. Mix and wait four minutes. Add butter. Mix and cook for another five minutes.
The longer you cook the sauce, the thicker its texture will be. If the berries have not yet completely dissolved, use a blender.
